Please read our terms and conditions; mentioned below; before registering yourself with Treasure Teller World Wide Soft Inc.
This is a legal document and is permissible in any court of law. All members must have to agree with our terms and conditions first; before you are permitted to register.
We provide complete basic training to our members, and do not require previous experience.
We provide all instructions and resources for this position within your member’s area.

Privacy Policy:
You agree that you will not disclose any information, our supply, our resources, or any other material to any individual or other company.

Your Contact Information:
You must have a valid email address where we can contact you. If you move or change email address you will notify us via email as soon as possible so that we can keep your profile updated at all times.

Acknowledgements:
You understand that you are considered as an Independent Contractor and therefore responsible for your own taxes.
You understand that each member can only have 1 membership per position.
You understand that anyone found to be working on 2 or more memberships at a time his/her account will be terminate without any prior notice and any earnings will be lost.
You understand that you will never use any supporting software in specific assignments.
You understand that no member can use an account as for group working any member found involve in group working; his/her account will be terminate without any prior notice and any earnings will be lost.
You understand that we do not allow Spam if any member caught spamming; his/her account will be terminate without any prior notice and any earnings will be lost.
You understand that if you are found to be cheating or found to be fraudulent in any way your account will be terminated and any earnings will be lost.
Except monthly fee all other fees will be pay via manual means.

Changes/Modifications:
We reserve the right to change, cancel or end any offer, opportunity; as well as the payment terms and rates at our sole discretion.
We will do our best to notify you via email or in updates tab within 7 days of any change in policies.

Assignments:
You understand that all assignments can be found in your assignment page.
You understand that you have to check your stats page within 72 working hours for assignment appeared;
if not then you have to send an complaint at complaint@worldwide-soft.com.
You understand that you can only work with registered email ID with TTWWS Inc.
You understand that we will take 3 to 12 days for assignment processing.
You understand that you have to send your assignment only from your registered e-mail ID with TTWWS Inc.
You understand that we can’t process your assignments by manual means, so that’s why our Compilers will check your work done. In case of any dispute you have to understand that we are not partial with any of our member.
You understand that extra assignments are offered when member request them; after completion of previous one.
You understand that any assignment can be change at any time without any prior notice.

Help Desk:
Your complaints will be entertained within 06 to 72 hours after filing your Complaint.
If you are not agreeing with Detailed Compiler Report (DCR) you can ask for Manual Recompilation Report (MRR) which will take another 3 to 12 days.
First 3 MRR will cost you $03.50 each, and after that every MRR will cost you $07.00.
If you are failing to deliver minimum a single assignment within 60 days time period your account will be deactivate and will not reactive without request and reactivation fee; and reactivation fee will be $14.00. In this particular case no compensation will be served.
No affiliate can send any complaint to TTWWS Inc. on behalf of his/her member; without failure of answer to member more than 72 hours.
In case of any claim by member; screen shot of that sent item must be attached.

Due Dates:
For BLUE package due date is 06th of each month. (12:00 GMT)
For RED package due date is 12th of each month. (12:00 GMT)
For YELLOW package due date is 18th of each month. (12:00 GMT)
For GRAY, GREEN, WHITE, SILVER and GOLDEN packages due date is 2^nd last of every month. (12:00 GMT)
You understand that all assignments must be submitted within the due dates of each month and assignments submitted after these days cannot be processed.

Payments:
Payments are sent to you on any date of each month whenever you’re earning reaches at $100.
You understand that only $100 or multiple of $100 can be released in 24 hours period.
You will be paid by 3 different payment modes, which include; Pay pal, Alert Pay and Affiliates.
Our affiliates don’t have any right to charge any cent on payments; if any affiliate found guilty in this issue his affiliation will be terminate without any prior notice.
You understand that we will take 3 to 12 days for payment processing.

Refund Policy:
Due to non tangible nature of our products and resources we are not able to offer refunds.
Positions are non transferable, Please choose your position carefully as we cannot transfer you to a different post without any extra billing.
We won’t change registered account name or registered email ID with TTWWS Inc.
